Returns & Exchanges Policy

A BATHING APE® accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original BAPE® dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all authenticating hangtags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
